It is suitable even for people who are new for Pilates in the mean time for athletic or dancers who need to rehabilitate their muscles or to improve their performance.

Instructor Bio: An Iraqi lady who's resident in Watertown, a certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry in many countries i.e. Iraq, Jordan and UAE. Specializes in mat Pilates and is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through mindful movement and body awareness. Earned my Pilates certification from the renowned Balanced Body Institute and has since completed numerous advanced training in Pilates applications for rehabilitation, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and athletic performance. My commitment to ongoing education ensures I stay current with the latest techniques and methodologies in the field.
My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that Pilates is for everyone, accommodating varying fitness levels, ensuring each participant receives personalized attention and modifications suited to their needs. I emphasize core strength, flexibility, and proper alignment cultivate a positive relationship with my students bodies, empowering them to lead healthier, more active lifestyles.
