About the program
Take a little time to unwind and unplug in this yoga class for today's busy teen and pre-teen kids, (grades 5-8) Led by Tracy Affonso, an educator and popular yoga teacher, this class balances mindfulness and breath work with building strength and body confidence. You will learn yoga in a supportive, fun environment in a class designed just for the middle school ages. Class ends with a relaxation period. Join us and bring a friend, you will have fun!
